CAR RENTAL TERMS

In addition to the vehicle are the following is included in the car rental: All tires,tools,documents,accessories as well as equipment. The renter agrees to all condition and terms printed on this contract and to the information written on the contract with the same contract number and date as these car rental terms.

  • The renter fully agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract and has received a copy thereof.
  • The renter has received the mentioned vehicle and its accessories in proper and safe condition.
  • The renter agrees to return the vehicle to the office on the agreed date and place,as  written in the contract, or earlier if the lessor or insists. Should the vehicle not be returned on the agreed  time, a fee equal to 1/3 of the daily rate shall be charged for each hour of delay.
  • You are responsible to us if the vehicle is lost or damaged,as well as for the traffic fines and other charges that arise during the rental.
  • You should check the vehicle for damage before you drive away and record any variations on the vehicle condition report.This helps to avoid damage disputes on return.
  • You might incur additional charges if you return the vehicle at a different time or place to that agreed with us or if it is in a particularly  dirty or smelly condition.
  • smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. in case of any smelly condition the additional charges may apply.
  • Renter must be over 18 years old  and have a valid Driving Licence.
  • The renter is not allowed to drive the vehicle out of the Sultanate Of Oman without  no objection certificate issued by our company.
  • In case of an accident you have to report to our office immediately and nearest police station also, you don't go away before the police arriving.
  • You are responsible for all traffic fines and other fines,road tolls, congestion charges and other similar charges like parking fines or charges, incurred in relation to the vehicle during your rental.
  • Read the rental agreement carefully to understand your obligations for use of the vehicle and be aware that your insurance and waivers may be void if you are in breach.
  • For the security reasons the renter(tourists) should give his/her passport/security deposit during the time of  renting the vehicle,and we will be return to the renter after receiving the vehicle in good condition and after settlement of all dues.
  • Renter should return the vehicle on the correct time as per the contract period of time if its not returning on the correct time you have to inform to our office and extra charges may apply.
  • The renter was delivered the vehicle in good condition as per the attached slip along with the contract.
  • The renter agrees to return the vehicle with the same fuel  level as given by the company,If not the renter will be charged the cost of fuel charge.
